Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to smoothcvvh in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or enters bankruptcy proceedings

Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except those that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality provisions, and intellectual property rights.

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
